Our technical support services allow enterprise users to draw on Red Hat's expertise in the CCM technology, as well as Red Hat Advanced Server and Stronghold secure web server. Our software maintenance services leverage Red Hat Network to assure timely delivery of all software corrections, security alerts and new features.

Installation Assistance
For anyone seeking assistance with the installation and basic configuration of CCM software, Red Hat offers a Quickstart installation service through which we provide technical assistance to complete installation of the CCM software and the configuration required to create a functioning CCM system.
