shows its support for the model.

As the centrepiece of the Linux revolution, Red Hat offers one of the
strongest brands of Linux software in the open-source community. In
fact, a recent Linux World poll showed that 74% of respondents consider
Red Hat synonymous with Linux.

In the spirit of the Open Source community, Red Hat does not believe in
charging for you for the benefits of becoming a Red Hat Certified Reseller.

The Reseller Zone is an online resource for resellers. It contains
marketing collateral in PDF format, sets of frequently asked questions,
success stories, and additional marketing and sales resources designed to
help the reseller promote Red Hat Linux solutions. The Reseller Zone is
regularly being updated so click on

- "Red Hat Certified Reseller" logo and plaque
The logo and plaque validate our partnership in front of your
customers. The "Red Hat Certified Reseller" logo is branded European wide
in advertising campaigns to enterprise customers.
- Listing on www.redhat.com
As a Red Hat Certified Reseller, you will have all your details listed
on the Red Hat website. This will enable endusers to locate their nearest
Red Hat Reseller safe in the knowledge that they will have access to a
Red Hat Certified Engineer.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 Red Hat Certified Engineer employed within Reseller at any
one time. RHCE course available for EUR 2500/£ 1599 (ex VAT).
- Active account with a Red Hat Distributor
How do I become a Red Hat Certified Reseller?
The first step in becoming a Red Hat Certified Reseller is training one
of your engineers to Red Hat Certified Engineer standard.

details. All Resellers booking and attending courses before 29th February
2000 will receive a 10% discount of the usual price of EUR 2500/£ 1599 (+VAT).
Once you have passed the Red Hat Certified Engineer course, go to
https://redhat-techworld.com/reseller/register.php3 and and complete the
registration form (you will need your Certified Engineer number to be
able to complete this document).
