Certified Service Provider Partner Programme
The Red Hat Certified Service Provider Programme was designed for hosting companies, co-location providers, ISPs, ASPs and telcos. This programme provides Certified partner members with comprehensive access to Red Hat's technology development teams, discounted services, support and training, as well as joint market development programs.

- Annual Red Hat Linux Beta Programme participation
- Support & training discounts available only to Certified Service Providers

- Use of Certified Service Provider logo
- Listing on www.europe.redhat.com in Service provider section as a Red Hat Certified Service Provider
Programme Requirements:
- Service Provider Contract: Red Hat offers a global online contract that you must review and then, agree to the terms and conditions of the program, as well as complete and submit a partner application and confidential Non-Disclosure Form, to Red Hat, Inc.
- Red Hat Service Provider Package. As a Certified Service Provider you will need to purchase annually from Red Hat our Red Hat Service Provider Package. This package sells for $25,000 US and includes:
- 2 vouchers for seats in an RHCE training class
- 20 Hours of Level 3 Systems Administration Support (good for up to 1 year)
- Bi-annual Red Hat Linux road map webcast presentation
- 2 copies of Red Hat Linux Professional edition for each version released during membership
- A copy of the latest StrongHold edition.
- Red Hat Certified Engineer Training: For programme membership, Red Hat asks that application vendors maintain two (2) Red Hat Certified Engineers (RHCE) on staff for the term of membership. Programme members receive vouchers for two seats of RHCE training, which is offered worldwide through Red Hat. Programme members agree to comply with the RHCE staff requirements to enable technical support for partner applications within sixty (60) days of programme enrollment.
