ISV Partner ProgramAccording to IDC, Linux continues to be the most rapidly growing server operating system worldwide, outranking Windows NT/2000 and Solaris by substantial growth margins. As of early 2000, there were more than 2000 commercial applications running on Linux-based OSs worldwide. As the number of Linux applications and users grow, Red Hat is committed to partnering with application vendors to assure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The Red Hat Certified ISV Program provides application vendors with training and software certification to insure compatibility and supportability for applications running on Red Hat Linux. Additionally, program members gain access to and discounts on Red Hat's global marketing and sales programs, technology road maps and developer support solutions.
