Installing CCVS

The CCVS RPMs are available on the Workstation Applications CD and on the Secure Web Server CD.

If you didn't install CCVS during the installation of Red Hat Linux, you can use RPM, Gnome-RPM or Kpackage to install the CCVS packages:

  • CCVS -- The core CCVS programs

  • CCVS-devel -- The C developer's kit

  • CCVS-perl -- The Perl interface for CCVS

  • CCVS-python -- The Python interface for CCVS

  • CCVS-php3 -- The PHP3 interface for CCVS

  • CCVS-tcl -- The Tcl interface for CCVS

  • CCVS-java -- The Java interface for CCVS (included as source code)

  • CCVS-examples -- Sample source code, needed for development
