Description
The control-center-devel package contains the development environment
needed for creating the `capplets' used in the GNOME Control
Center.
If you're interested in developing capplets for the GNOME
control center, you'll want to install this package. If you use the
GNOME desktop, but not developing applications, you don't need to
install this package.
